1. Can I purchase any product with the Gift Card?

With the card you can purchase any Dr Barchi product by entering the code received by email

2. Should the voucher be used all at once?
The gift card can be used on multiple orders, until fully refunded. If there is any credit left, you can use it for other purchases!

3. Is the voucher transferable to another person?
You can forward the email with the gift card and forward it to the gift recipient, or send the link via text message or messenger.

4. What do I do if the voucher is insufficient for the shopping?If the order total is greater than the gift card amount, you will be able to pay the remaining amount using the store's payment methods.

5. Does the card expire?
Gift Cards never expire.

6. The Gift Card can be combined with other vouchers?
It is not possible to apply more than one gift card per order.Discount coupons cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card: if you apply a coupon code to an order, the discount applies to all products in the order except the gift card. You cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
